Tameem El Welily
Tameem ElWelily is a seasoned squash coach with a lifelong dedication to the sport, having represented Egypt on the national team from age 10 to 19 before transitioning to coaching after a career-halting injury.
Currently Head Coach at Alexandria Sporting Club, Tameem has trained world-class players including former World No. 1 Raneem ElWelily, World No. 14 Fayrouz Abouelkheir, and British Open U19 champion Jana Galal. His coaching career spans international squash camps in the U.S., UAE, India, China, and beyond, with a focus on strategic play, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. Tameem also served as a National Team Coach for Egypt, leading junior teams at prestigious events like the British and World Opens, and continues to mentor top talent through personalized training programs and competitive preparation.
